1. The Event sets its own refund policy
Every event on this site carries its own refund policy and an "refundable / non-refundable" setting. That policy — shown on the event page and again at checkout — takes precedence for that event.
Where nothing specific is stated, the defaults in this document apply.
2. Requesting a refund
To request a refund, contact us with your order number and the reason. Refunds are reviewed and authorised by our staff; raising a request does not by itself guarantee a refund.
The Event's refund window (for example "no refunds within 48 hours of doors") applies from the time you send the request.
3. How and when the money comes back
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the same payment gateway you paid with (Razorpay or PhonePe). We cannot refund to a different card, UPI ID or bank account.
Once approved, a refund is typically credited within 5–7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank or UPI provider and is outside our control.
4. Partial refunds
We may refund part of an order — for example, one pass out of several, or a portion of the amount — where that reflects what was actually used or requested. A partial refund does not by itself cancel the remaining passes unless we tell you it does.
5. What is not refundable
Unless the Event is cancelled by us, the following are not refundable:
- Booking fees, convenience fees and payment-gateway charges
- Taxes or levies that the organiser cannot recover
- Passes for a no-show, or for a guest who did not enter
- Passes revoked for breaching our Terms (resale, fraudulent payment, misconduct)
6. If the Event is cancelled or postponed
If we cancel the Event, affected passes are refunded in full (less any non-recoverable fees). If the Event is postponed, you may either keep your pass for the new date or request a refund within the window we publish.
We will notify buyers using the contact details on their order and post the arrangement on this site.
7. Failed, duplicate and unmatched payments
If your payment left your account but no ticket was issued — a failed capture, a duplicate charge, or an amount that could not be matched to an order — it is returned to your original payment method automatically or on request.
8. Add-ons, food and activities
Add-on passes (food, activities, extras) follow the same rules as the entry pass they were bought with, unless their own terms say otherwise.
9. Contact
For any refund or cancellation question, contact us through our Contact page and quote your order number.
