1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets and passes for The Blue Fest ("the Event"). By placing an order, accepting the terms at checkout, or presenting a pass at the gate, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase a ticket or enter the Event.
2. Who we are
The Event is organised and operated by The Blue Fest. You can reach us at any time through our Contact page.
3. Tickets, passes and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include the amounts shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes and booking fees are displayed as separate line items before you pay.
Passes are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn, re-priced or limited at any time before an order is paid. A pass is only valid once payment is confirmed and the ticket has been issued.
4. Orders, holds and payment
When you start a checkout we hold your seats for a limited time. If payment is not completed within that window the hold expires, the order is cancelled and the seats are released.
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Razorpay and/or PhonePe). We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by the payment provider. Manually authorised orders (for example cash or UPI paid in person) are confirmed by our staff.
Do not close the payment page before it confirms. A payment that leaves your bank but is not confirmed on our side is reconciled automatically; if it cannot be matched to an order it is returned to your original payment method.
5. How you receive your ticket
Tickets are digital. Once payment is confirmed, your pass — including a secure QR code — is delivered to the WhatsApp number and email address you provided at checkout. There is no physical ticket and nothing is posted to you.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct, reachable phone number and email address. Delivery of a ticket to the number or address you supplied counts as delivery to you.
6. Entry, QR codes and venue rules
Your QR code is your entry pass. It is scanned at the gate. Unless a pass is explicitly sold as multi-use, each QR admits one entry and is then spent — do not share, screenshot or forward it. Anyone holding a valid QR may be admitted.
Some passes (for example zone-access or add-on passes) require a valid entry pass and are issued per person. Party passes are admitted per the number of guests on the pass.
Entry is subject to venue security checks, capacity limits and the Event's rules. Prohibited items, dangerous behaviour or intoxication may result in refused entry or removal. Re-entry is permitted only where stated for your pass type.
7. Transfers, resale and scalping
Passes are personal and non-transferable unless we say otherwise in writing. Reselling a pass, or offering one for resale above face value, is strictly prohibited.
Passes bought from unofficial resellers, street vendors or unauthorised agents may be invalid, revoked without notice and refused at the gate. We are not responsible for passes not purchased through our official checkout.
8. Changes to the Event
We may make changes to the line-up, schedule, layout or programme where reasonably necessary. Where the Event is postponed, relocated or cancelled, we will publish the arrangement on this site and contact buyers using the details on their order.
Refunds arising from a cancellation or postponement are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the refund policy set for the Event and shown at checkout. Please read both before purchasing.
10. Liability
You attend the Event at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, government restrictions, venue closures, transport failures or utility outages.
11. Conduct and removal
We may refuse entry or remove any person who breaches these Terms, venue rules or the law, or whose behaviour endangers or disturbs others. No refund is due in those circumstances.
12. Photography and filming
Photographers and videographers may film at the Event. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to that material being used for promotion and archival purposes, without payment. Tell a member of staff if you would prefer not to be filmed.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase.
15. Contact and grievance officer
Questions, complaints or notices about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page. In line with applicable Indian e-commerce rules, grievances are handled by our Grievance Officer:
- Grievance Officer: our support team
- Response time: within 48 hours, resolved within 15 days
